The popular sandwich here is the Italian combo and their cheese selection is unbelievable. I decided to opt for a smoked turkey and fontina on a crunchy sourdough roll. Although large, the sandwich hit the spot, and the ingredients were fresh. Next time I oughtta try their hot food section and homemade pasta next time!

rude rude manager
I have to admit, the food was good. Our waiter was fine as well, but someone who probably was a manager (we thought so because of her condescending attitude to other staff) was absolutely rude. She brought out our check before we were even 1/2 done with the meal, never asked if we wanted a dessert and when we pointed out that we in fact only ordered half a sandwich she said (implying not sure what) well that 1/2 sandwich must have looked pretty big, did it? I doubt this is the kind of rep that a new place needs, unless of course it is only going after tourists.

Great Panini
Botticelli's is home to Seattle's original panini restaurant. It is the real Italian sandwich, not an imitation. You will enjoy it for a reasonable price. We have been going there for a number of years and we have not been disappointed. Don't expect anything fancy because you objective is the food. It is a convenient location for upper downtown.
