Great studio!
I'm so glad there is finally a Baptiste studio in New York! I've been to a lot of other heated studios and this is by far my favorite. It is beautiful and spacious and all the instructors do a really good job.

Best Yoga Class Anywhere!
I have taken all types of yoga in many different cities, and this studio offers the best I have ever taken! It was the best workout I have had in a long time! I took the hour of power with Nanci, I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an awesome workout that leaves you feeling like you have given it everything you've got!

INCREDIBLE YOGA WORKOUT!
My friends have been trying to get me to try yoga for so long now and finally i bit the bullet. I'm sooo glad i did! i found Big Apple Power Yoga on Citysearch and after reading the great reviews, i decided to give it a shot. as someone who has played sports all my life, i was always skeptical of yoga. this was a better workout than i've had in YEARS. the instructors are so well versed in Baptiste yoga and really made sure i understood what we were doing and the benefits. now i see what i've been missing. thanks nanci and big apple power yoga!

Best Yoga in NYC
Big Apple Power Yoga is a family-run, small business in the heart of New York City. They teach Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga & are one of a handful of official Baptiste Affiliate studios in the world.
The staff at Big Apple Power Yoga accommodates All levels of yoga students. (I was brand-new to yoga &, frankly, out of shape!) They also foster a non-competitive environment & really strive to help each person find their personal practice within a class setting.
The Big Apple Power Yoga staff are highly skilled professionals; they will welcome you with an enormous smile each time you step into the studio. Not only are they well-trained, but their passion for the practice & genuine desire to share their knowledge with students is clear. And it's those things that keep me returning day after day, week after week, month after month.
If you have been curious about yoga but have been reluctant to try because you "are not flexible, don't have time, aren't in shape..." - then I recommend trying one of their Basics classes. The instructor will break the poses down during this class.
And the latest session of their 40 Days Personal Revolution program is just around the corner. This program, offered twice a year, is the perfect way to lock in daily habits that enhance your health & love for life...yoga, meditation, & good nutrition. This is the program that got me hooked on yoga. It's also where I met some of the kindest, most open people in this great big city.

Thank you, thank you, thank you for opening this studio! I used to practice in Boston but they closed that studio. Luckily I get to NYC often enough for biz so I can easily squeeze in a class here instead!!Worldwide > United States > New York, NY > Yoga & Pilates Classes
