Kickboxing is definitely a new experience for me, I was nervous about signing up. I didn't think I could do it from being out of shape especially after having my daughter, But after my first class at ILKB North Branford I was hooked!! The class was hard but fun, I love the music, the instructors are great-they really do help and motivate you to push and believe in yourself. I see the changes to my body and I'm loving it!!!

This is studio is awesome. It's a great workout and the staff is super friendly and encouraging. You will leave feeling exhausted but there are modifications for everything so anyone can do it. Positive changes come quick so it keeps you coming back for more.

I Love Kickboxing in North Branford is an excellent workout that gets you results. The motivated staff and friendly members keep me coming back and working hard. Joining ILoveKickboxing was the best thing I've ever done for my health!! I've lost weight, 14 lbs to be exact since joining 2 months ago!! I've become stronger, and feel better about myself than I have in the last 15 years! My confidence in myself grows daily!! I look forward to my classes!! I Love the workouts!! The instructors are the kindest and toughest I've ever had the pleasure to meet & know!! This place is AWESOME! I joined in October and wish i had found it sooner. It is a challenging workout that you go your own pace at, and the instructors give you a very personable experience and help you reach your fitness goals! You will be hooked after your first class.

I became a member less than a month ago and I absolutely love it!! I have a gym membership, but Kickboxing is entirely different. You meet great people, work as a team, you are challenged in every single class and leave wanting more and its never boring. ILKB is a wonderful class to work out, get strong, relieve stress, and make new friends. It's my happy hour! I started off buying the 3 classes for $19.99 and then I was "hooked"! ILKB is a wonderful family to join! The instructors and fellow kickboxers are inspiring!

I made a decision a few months ago that I wanted to get in better shape the problem was I'm just not someone who likes the gym so I decided to try ILOVEKICKBOXING and I've been hooked!!! Its a great way to get in shape in a fun non threatening setting with staff that are extremely supportive and encouraging. I HIGHLY recommend you will not be disappointed!!

I came on the recommendndation of a friend and I was hooked from day one. I came to work of the stress of work but within two classes I felt stronger throughout my whole body, arms, core and legs. The staff is warm and caring. They know us by name and encourage us to challenge ourselves and use the modification we need. The facilities well lit and clean. The workout is fun, strenuous and addicting!
