Our North Branford Krav Maga, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and fitness facility offers over 6,000 square feet with an upper and lower training area with instruction for the whole family. From adult mixed martial arts with BJJ , Self Defense with Krav Maga, Fitness programs with Boot Camp Classes, C360 Circuit Training with Bikes & Rowers and Yoga to Children's self defense, we have something for everyone. Our modern facility has a large comfortable waiting area with free coffee and tea and a large adjacent playroom for younger siblings.
CT Krav Maga & MMA is affiliated with Kore BJJ, which is also an American Top Team Connecticut training facility. We are affiliated with USMKA (United States Krav Maga Association) under Mark Slane. Hundreds of members have selected CT Krav Maga & MMA for our Krav Maga and BJJ and fitness group class needs because we offer a supportive and friendly environment. We often hear that our members think of our facility as an oasis from all the stress of their day, where they can feel refreshed and rejuvenated after a training session. Saftefy during training in BJJi and Krav Maga is always a high priority for our facility. We offer a professional environment in order to provide the best BJJ, Krav Maga and fitness Boot Camp and Circuit Training experience for our clients.
Our C360 Circuit Training classes are limited to 15 people and are instructor led. The classes circuit through 5 stations with bikes, rowers, kettelballs, smash balls and medicine balls. Plus more. Each workout is different. All fitness levels welcome and if you are out of shape, you can ease into your new workout and go at your own pace.
If you live in West Haven, North Branford, Northford, New Haven, East Haven, Branford, Guilford, North Haven, Hamden or Madison, then you will have easy access to training at our facility for taking a fitness group class near you or, Krav Maga or BJJ class. CT Krav Maga & MMA offers over 70 classes per week, including early morning BJJ classes, and convenient class times where parents may even be able to take one of our fitness classes while their child takes a class. We offer 21 classes alone for Kick Start Boot Camp.
Our Krav Maga and BJJ classes offer you the opportunity to not only learn practical self defense with martial arts but also as an added bonus to get an incredible workout. We have had students join for the primary reason of learning a martial art and their training resulted in a significant weight loss as an added benefit!
Dennis Hill, Chief Instructor has trained military personnel, police officers and detectives. He is a 4th degree black belt in Combat Hapkido, a black belt in Judo, a 1st degree black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ), and a certified Krav Maga instructor. He is also a certified Kettlebell instructor and certified food coach with Balanced Habits. Offering Mixed Martial Arts & Fitness Classes in New Haven County since 2000!

I absolutely love Ct Krav Maga & Kickboxing. The ilovekickboxing workout is awesome, the best workout I have ever tried. The instructors are amazing, motivating and sooo helpful. The classes there are so much fun and upbeat I seriously forget I am working up a sweat. I would recommend it to anyone.

I absolutely LOVE CT Krav Maga and ILoveKickboxing!!!! The kickboxing is the BEST workout I have ever done!! I look forward to my workouts!! The place is always clean! The instructors are always so nice, upbeat and motivating!! I am getting in great shape!! My 6 year old daughter attends the Krav Maga classes and totally loves it!! I highly recommend this place!!!

After my very first introduction to kickboxing with ilovekickboxing.com I was HOOKED!! I was welcomed by such friendly and energetic instructors who were excited to have me in class, it was a great confidence booter! The class started promptly on time and was planned and organized perfectly. I went into the studio knowing nothing about kickboxing and left committed to the unlimited monthly membership program!!! I was taught all of the basics while getting a feel for the actual class flow. It is very challenging and extremely fun. I am so excited to see how I progress and strengthen while having SO much fun!! I seriously love kickboxing!!!!!!!

Working out is hard, especially kickboxing, but the trainers and the ILKB family are so supportive and helpful it makes my time spent working out so much more enjoyable. The atmosphere is so friendly and encouraging which is exactly what I needed. All the instructors are so helpful and patient when teaching the combos for the bag rounds. I love that every exercise can be modified and that it is something people of all ages can do. I go with my mother and she enjoys it just as much as I do. I can't reommend it enough! :)

I signed up for the ilovekickboxing promo online and ended up falling in love with it. This is the first fitness class that I have found actually motivates me and makes me want to keep coming back and in the short period of time that I have been attending classes, I already feel stronger and more fit. The trainers are great and make you laugh constantly and the group of folks that go are really wonderful. Highly recommended!

My life has changed in a positive way since I have joined the CT Krav Maga &MMA/Ilovekickboxing family. The staff is so genuine and really make everyone feel motivated to reach your goals. I’m currently in the kickboxing classes which have made me feel so amazing afterwards. It has helped me control my anxiety issues and other health issues without having to use meds. I have also started kettlebells and love the way I feel. I can’t wait to return to Krav Maga classes and continue my journey of learning self-defense techniques. The staff here is unique and I am grateful for all their help and support. I have finally found a place that gives me a sense of belonging. My daughter and I went to I love Kickboxing in North Branford for the first time ever and I have to say we left there feeling amazing!! The instructors we great! They spent one on one time with us and let us go at our own pace. It really was a blast! I highly recommend going there, you can go for fun and fitness or to focus on other areas. I was nervous to start Kickboxing as it's such a different workout than I'm used but it's the best thing I ever did! The staff is great, friendly and always motivating and helping with form! The workout itself is fantastic, it's intense but fun at the same time. I laugh every class while getting a great workout! I'm so happy I joined, it was just what I needed!

Kickboxing has changed not only my habits but also my 2 older sons. We have noticed that we have more energy and have lost weight. Our eating habits have even changed to a healthier diet. The studio is always very clean and the instructors are amazing!!... They are very dedicated and sincere on motivating you to get through the workouts. The instructors show you that they really care and show you how to do everything correctly. They also take every client seriously and are interested in seeing everyone improve. I have done programs like p90x and insanity in the past but kickboxing has definitely been the best workout and the best decision I have ever made in my fitness journey. I feel better than ever! I strongly recommend people at least trying it out. I know everyone will fall in love!

Kickboxing is such a great work out! I've always had such a hard time finding a workout that I truly enjoyed, but since starting kickboxing, I find myself looking forward to my workout.
