Our goal at Hands-On Health is to educate our clients about massage and the benefits it can provide to their health and fitness. We want our clients to understand the practicality of consistent massage treatments as part of a preventative wellness program.

With a variety of massage modalities available, it is our commitment to help you determine the best method of treatment for your individual needs, as well as answer your questions and provide an environment that eliminates the apprehension that is sometimes felt before your first massage.

Hands-On Health wants to make it easy for you to begin your massage treatments, whether you are coming intermittently for healthful relaxation, or for regular sessions to address a particular problem area or injury. Our studio is professional, with a feeling of warmth and comfort. No spa services, just great massage and bodywork to get you back on your feet and into the game.

The massage therapists at Hands-On Health are currently Licensed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Certified by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB), and are Professional members of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA), an organization serving massage therapists who demonstrate a certain level of skill and expertise through testing and education.
