Joe's Place - True Pilates

We offer the highest quality Pilates instruction available, based upon the system of exercises and philosophies originally developed by Joseph H. Pilates – what is today called True Pilates. At Joe’s Place-True Pilates you will receive individual attention from a classically-trained, fully-certified instructor who understands how to tailor a workout specifically to your body and capabilities, and you will enjoy working in an atmosphere defined by energy and professionalism.

At Joe’s Place-True Pilates we want to help you master the magic of the Pilates system - not just mimic the movements. Our name truly reflects our philosophy: we offer our clients the highest quality instruction in True Pilates as it was originally created by Joseph Pilates and on the apparatus he designed to optimize his technique.

Our studio has a warm, welcoming atmosphere in a lovely, comfortable setting with plenty of windows and light. And our friendly, caring staff is passionate about Pilates and dedicated to preserving the integrity of the Pilates method. At Joe’s Place-True Pilates we practice and teach the True Pilates method as taught by Joseph H. Pilates and carried on by his protégé Romana Kryzanowska, and Pilates Elder Jay Grimes.
