Home health care agency. Management is irresponsible and unresponsive. Care takers sent out to perform specific tasks have been unable to do so. Meds properly sorted and ready to dispense by aids not given. Unresponsive to patient\\\\\\\'s requests for bathroom assistance, patient found soaked from front to back more than once. Next shift aid called management to voice concerns about poor care at least twice. Agency notified family on numerous occasions in the one month duration that they were unable to cover shift, or aide had to leave early/arrive late leaving gaps in care when contract was for 24/7 care. Family received phone calls all hours of the day and night because agency couldn\\\\\\\'t provide back-up for assigned caretakers who chose not to fulfill their employment obligations. The point of hiring a home health agency is to allow the family to rely on the agency to manage the patient\\\\\\\'s care. Calls regarding concerns to management from family received weak excuses, no improvement. When family was visiting, caretakers had to be reminded to give meds, offer bathroom assistance and personal care assistance, and offer the suggestion of putting away their books and cell phones to make patient care a priority. Poorly managed, poorly staffed, and unreliable with regard to accountability and skill levels. Very expensive to have their caretakers be in your home while you micromanage every element of care around the clock.
