Our Story

ROYALE GARDENS HEALTH AND REHABILITATION is in the north-east corner of Grants Pass, OR. We provide for each resident’s total care, including physical, social, emotional and spiritual needs. We encourage and welcome input, involvement, and support from our residents and their families. Our goal is to help residents achieve their optimum level of function while simultaneously incorporating the right to self-determination.

Most of our patients are admitted directly from the hospital and stay less than three weeks while they receive therapy and nursing services. Our rehabilitation program, which encourages independence and activity, helps each resident acquire new skills and relearn old ones. Our skilled rehabilitation wing includes a well-equipped physical therapy gym and occupational speech therapy room and a full kitchen.
