Our Story

HIGHLAND HOUSE NURSING AND REHABILITATION CENTER is located in the northeast corner of Grants Pass. We’re dedicated to providing for each resident’s total care, including individual physical, social, emotional and spiritual needs. We encourage and welcome input, involvement, and support from our residents and their families. Our goal is to help residents achieve their optimum level of function while simultaneously incorporating their rights to self-determination.

We offer skilled nursing and rehabilitation as well as long-term, palliative, hospice, and respite care. Our rehabilitation program, which encourages independence and activity, helps each resident acquire new skills and relearn old ones. Our programs specialize in post-acute rehabilitation, including orthopedic and post-stroke recovery, home safety assessments, advanced wound care, and care for complex medical needs.
