I have James Cunningham come out to fix the garbage disposal in my kitchen. At the time I also got a problem with my air conditioning/heating unit. It's not doing a very good job of cooling the upstairs area. When I asked him to take a look at it and give us a quote. He said the ac unit have a leaked in the coil and there is really not a way to fix that problem and recommended us to replaced it entirely. He said it will cost us 4, 0000 dollars and promised us a 2 year free maintenance for winter and summer. So we agreed and he installed the unit for us that week. That was back in August of 2011. We don't really use our ac/heat unit during the winter since it's quite warm where we lived. So it's not until we started using the ac unit again this summer in June that it starts making this loud clanking noise and the fan outside keeps cutting on and off constantly and every time it does that the temperature at the house goes up. I called him up and explain the situation and he said to give him a call later during the day because he is in the middle of a call right now. This is when his true face shows. I called him several times and it went straight to his voice mail and then when I tried calling him with a different number he picks up. After calling him all week he finally agreed to stop by. He said there is nothing wrong with the unit and left within 10 minutes. It seems to work okay for a couple of days before it starting acting up with the same problem again. When I do get a hold of him on the phone he said it's normal for the ac unit to do that when it's hold outside. But I called several technicians on the phone from different companies and they said it’s not supposed to be doing that. He even said on the phone that the tech support from the manufacture doesn’t know what the heck they are talking about. The second time he came out to our house, he said his technician put too much pressure in it when he was installing it and he said he fixed the problem and if there is a problem call him again. The following day the unit is still doing the same problem. This time he actually calls me back and he promised me he will come by in the afternoon. He said that Monday and of course he didn’t show up. We called him Tuesday and he said the same thing, he keep saying said until it is Friday and still no sight of him. Do not trust this guy if you need any major work done or you will be sorry
