Shelly Marie Bish, APRN

Shelly Bish, FNP-C, is a certified nurse practitioner at Baptist Health Primary Care. She cares for adults with chronic and acute health conditions.

Prior to joining Baptist Health Primary Care in 2017, Shelly worked as a nurse practitioner at Fishermen’s Community Hospital. She also worked at a family practice office in New York before moving to Florida. She has more than ten years of experience as a nurse practitioner.

Shelly is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She was named NP of the year in 2019 and won the Nursing Scholar Award in 2010 from D’Youville College.

Shelly’s care philosophy is to practice care and compassion. She believes that no two patients are alike, and each deserves a tailored approach to meet their needs. Shelly also firmly believes in patient education. Her goal is for her patients to walk out feeling optimistic and confident.

In her free time, Shelly enjoys baking, fishing, community service and family time.
