I have always wanted to know how things work and why they work the way that they do. At first, I thought I might become a mechanic or an architect, but in school, when I learned about the human body, I was mesmerized. I believe that the health of my patients includes physical, mental and spiritual well-being. Medicine is certainly my specialty, but I aim to support all aspects of what makes a patient “human.” Outside of work, I like to garden, cook, pick-up sports, read fiction and non-fiction alike, ponder the questions of life, and play both computer and board games.
