I have always been fond of science and reading, but I also enjoy problem-solving and forming relationships. Being a doctor is the perfect combination of these joys. I believe in taking a holistic approach in patient care. As an osteopathic physician, I have been trained to view my patients as a unit: mind, body, and spirit. This approach provides an understanding of how each aspect of a patient’s life may be affecting their health. I often treat with medications; however, osteopathic manipulative treatment is an additional treatment modality that can be utilized for patients who may want to try a non-pharmacologic approach for musculoskeletal complaints. When I am not at work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, traveling and spending time vacationing at the beach, going to Carolina Panthers football games and relaxing at the spa.
