Body Ready Method

BRM® is an approach that prepares the body during pregnancy for the best possible birth and recovery. It creates a more comfortable pregnancy and prehabs the body for a better recovery postnatally. It also trains the body to be ready for birth to make the birth as ‘boring’ as possible. It does this by optimizing the core and pelvic floor to be more responsive in pregnancy so that it’s optimized to recover more easily postnatally.

We train pregnant and postpartum people through online programs that cover each stage of pregnancy, birth and recovery. We also train birth professionals in the method to ensure they are clear and confident in the way they work with pregnant and birthing people, and are able to guide their clients to the best possible outcome reliably.

BRM® believes in the middle path, it’s not one way OR the other.
