Hug Your Head Foundation, INC. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization passionately committed to aiding those impacted by Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI). Founded by survivor Lukas Karlsson and his family, our mission revolves around empowering TBI survivors with personalized tools, strategies, and coaching to foster resilience and self-reliance.
We recognize that TBI survivors grapple with complex challenges such as physical limitations, cognitive impairments, emotional adjustments, and social isolation. Our tailored one-on-one life coaching sessions, coupled with community engagement programs and educational resources, are designed to meet these unique needs.
By creating a community of compassion, empathy, and shared understanding, Hug Your Head Foundation serves as both a guide and an ally for those navigating life after TBI.
