Travis A. Day, ARNP

Travis Day, FNP-C, is an advanced practice family nurse practitioner with Providence Medical Group-Medford Medical Clinic Hillcrest. His philosophy of care is to be an advocate for optimal health while encouraging patient involvement and collaboration with all members of the patient's care team and family. While providing exceptional care, he is dedicated to serving his patients, advocating for social justice including community health and wellness. A graduate of Seattle University in 2013, Travis worked at Evergreen Health Kirkland, Washington in Primary Care and Urgent Care before relocating with his family to Medford in 2018.
