Rates and Billing

In order to provide the best service, our practice does not participate in health insurance plans. This allows us to spend more time together and provide services that are unencumbered by insurance decisions.

The intial and first follow up appointments are $850 each. My rate thereafter is $150/hour. We can provide a detailed invoice if you would like to submit for reimbursement with your health plan. Please check with your health plan first to inquire about their policies.

We accept all credit/debit cards. Undivided Attention services are Health Savings account eligible.

All initial visits will be in person. The choice between in person or virtual can be flexible thereafter.

Led by certified attention deficit consultant Kelly Allen Pickens, APNP, FNP-BC, ADC-C, Undivided Attention, LLC, in Madison, Wisconsin, offers specialized support to women and girls 18 and older with attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), a behavioral condition causing inattentiveness, hyperactivity, and impulsivity.

Kelly understands what women and girls with ADHD go through because she received an ADHD diagnosis in her forties. Kelly empathizes with the frustration people experience trying to navigate a world not built for their brain type and the difficulty of finding healthcare providers who understand ADHD.

Around 7% of adults have ADHD, a lifelong neurodevelopmental condition. Symptoms vary depending on someone’s stage of life, the support they get, their general health, and other factors. As many as three-quarters of adults with ADHD are undiagnosed. Kelly knows how serious ADHD is - the adverse impacts it has on people’s social, emotional, educational, financial, and occupational prospects, and that it may reduce life expectancy by up to 20 years.

Fortunately, ADHD is also the most treatable mental health disorder. At Undivided Attention, LLC, Kelly uses her professional expertise, specialized training, personal experience, and passion to diagnose ADHD and evaluate people for conditions that resemble and/or worsen ADHD. She provides in-depth psychoeducation, counseling, and lifestyle coaching. She is also a medication management expert, prescribing medications that enable people to feel and function at their best.

It’s essential for people with ADHD to identify and build on their strengths while addressing their weaknesses, so they can live the happy, meaningful life they deserve. Few clinicians in Wisconsin have Kelly’s unique skills in effective ADHD treatment, so she aims to enhance the state’s mental health services by providing compassionate, well-informed, specialized ADHD care for women and girls.
