Dr. Lisby joined Community Group Family Medicine in 2001. He completed medical school at Indiana University and his residency training in family medicine at St. Vincent in Indianapolis. He also completed a Faculty Development Fellowship at the University of North Carolina. He practiced in Zionsville for nine years before joining Community. He enjoys providing the full scope of family medicine, including preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and a variety of office procedures. He is involved in the education of medical residents and students. He also helped develop and implement Community Health Network’s integrated electronic medical record, MyChart.
