Gregory Lee Spangler, MD

Dr. Gregory Spangler was born and raised in the Kokomo area and attended Eastern High School. He attended Ball State University for his pre-medical education and then received his doctor of medicine degree from Indiana University School of Medicine. After completing the family medicine residency at Ball Memorial Hospital, he practiced family medicine in Elwood, Indiana for many years. Most recently, he has been providing home care services in the Indianapolis area.

As a family medicine physician, Dr. Spangler enjoys treating all family medicine conditions and is able to diagnose and treat patients of all ages.

Dr. Spangler is active in his church and enjoys sporting events and spending time with family.
