Dr. Baloski was born and raised in Crown Point, Indiana. She graduated from Indiana University Bloomington with bachelor degrees in biology and nutrition science and with minors in chemistry and sociology. She pursued her medical degree from the Indiana University School of Medicine. After completing her IU Methodist Family Medicine Residency, Dr. Baloski joined Community Health Network in 2018.
As a board-certified family physician, she prides herself on providing high-quality medical care based on building long-lasting relationships with a diverse patient population. Dr. Baloski focuses these relationships on cultivating open and honest dialogues and charting a course for healthy living, while emphasizing the importance of preventive care.
