Dr. Nisi is a native of London, England, and is a naturalized citizen. He obtained his bachelor of science degree and did pre-med study at Loyola University in Los Angeles, California. He obtained his medical degree at the University of Cincinnati School of Medicine (Ohio). He also completed his internship in internal medicine at University of Cincinnati Department of Medicine. He completed his residency in internal medicine and fellowship in gastroenterology (Tier 3: therapeutic biliary endoscopy) at Indiana University School of Medicine.
Dr. Nisi was an assistant professor of medicine in the Gastroenterology Department at Indiana University Medical Center before going to Anderson in 1992. He has been in private practice and on the staff of Community Hospital Anderson since then.
He is married and has three sons.
