M. Christine Livergood, MD

M. Christine Livergood, MD, is a board-certified physician specializing in maternal-fetal medicine. Dr. Livergood earned her medical degree from Creighton University School of Medicine. She then completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Mercy Hospital in St. Louis and her fellowship in maternal-fetal medicine at Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee.

Dr. Livergood provides obstetric consultation for patients of all ages, including treatment for gestational or pre-gestational diabetes, hypertensive disorders, and abnormal findings on ultrasound. She cares for patients with high-risk pregnancies, multiple births, and patients with complex medical conditions. Dr. Livergood also offers genetic counseling, screening, and testing including serum prenatal screening, amniocenteses, and chorionic villus sampling. With her advanced training in ultrasound, genetics, and medical complications of pregnancy, she is uniquely suited to care for patients with a wide variety of maternal and fetal diagnoses.

Dr. Livergood finds it an honor and privilege to care for patients and their babies during complicated pregnancies. She strives to provide compassionate and evidence-based health care for each of her patients. She has a team-based approach to care and examines the entire person and their health care needs.

Dr. Livergood is excited to return to St. Louis, where she grew up, to provide care to patients in her hometown. She and her husband, Rob, have three children, and love the St. Louis Blues, spending time outdoors, and exploring the beautiful city!
