Jordyn Hoemmen, NP

Jordyn Hoemmen, WHNP, is a board-certified nurse practitioner specializing in women’s health. She earned her nursing degree from Frontier Nursing University in Hyden, KY.

Jordyn sees patients ages 13 and above for all general obstetrics and gynecology care, including preventive screenings, contraceptive counseling, vaccinations, and more. She believes in empowering women of all ages to take control of their own health through education and prevention.

Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, Jordyn worked as an obstetrics nurse for ten years. She thoroughly enjoyed taking care of women and their families and became a nurse practitioner specializing in women’s health in order to provide continuous care to obstetrics and gynecology patients.

Originally from Alton, IL, Jordyn now lives in Calhoun County. She enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, friends, and pets.
