Rebecca D Edmonds, MD

Dr. Edmonds specializes in the surgical treatment of digestive and complex abdominal tumors, including breast, gastric, pancreatic, liver, colorectal, and appendix cancers. She cares for patients with metastatic cancer, including liver and peritoneal metastases, as well as patients with rare tumor types such as sarcoma and neuroendocrine tumors.

She received her medical degree from Drexel University College of Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She completed a residency and fellowship in surgical oncology at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in Pittsburgh.

Dr. Edmonds prioritizes patient-centered, individualized care planning in her clinical practice, and emphasizes minimally invasive approaches. She strives to make innovative treatment options available to patients with complex cancers through translational research and clinical trials.

Dr. Edmonds is certified by the American Board of Surgery. She sees patients 18 and older at Armstrong County Memorial Hospital.
