Claire Slusarz, N.P.

Claire Slusarz is a Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner at Weill Cornell Medicine in the Department of Pediatrics. She specializes in pediatric palliative care, caring for patients with complex and serious medical conditions and their families.Claire received both a B.S. and M.S. in Nursing from Case Western Reserve University Frances/ Payne Bolton School of Nursing. She is board certified in both pediatric primary and acute care. Prior to joining the Pediatric Advanced Care Team at Weill Cornell Medicine, she worked with pediatric hematology/oncology patients and completed an advanced practice provider fellowship at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
