Jennifer Talevski, N.P.

Jennifer Talevski is a board-certified nurse practitioner on the Orthopedic Trauma Service at the Hospital for Special Surgery and NewYork-Presbyterian. She specializes in metabolic bone health, including fracture healing, primary management of osteoporosis, osteopenia, and fracture risk reduction.Jennifer previously spent seven years as a certified orthopedic registered nurse at Northwell Health and HSS in orthopedic spine and trauma. During this time, she obtained her Masters in Science as a Nurse Practitioner in Family Health from Stony Brook University. She was then trained by Dr. Joseph Lane, Chief of Metabolic Bone Disease Service at HSS, and currently works alongside Dr. Derek Hansen, an orthopedic oncologist who specializes in metabolic bonedisease.
