Alexander C Philpott, MD

Prior to the merger that formed TUCC, Alexander C Philpott, M.D., practiced with Western Urologic Associates. He is a member of the American Urological Association and the Colorado Medical Society.

Dr. Philpott graduated magna cum laude from Washington and Lee University with a Bachelor of Science degree. He then followed in the footsteps of his cousins, grandfather, great uncles and father when he earned his medical doctorate, with honors, from the University of Colorado. There, he was elected to Alpha Omega Alpha. Dr. Philpott completed an internship in general surgery, his residency in surgery and his urologic residency at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center (UCHSC). He also served as Chief Resident during his time at UCHSC. Dr. Philpott is board certified by the American Board of Urology.
