Erica Melrose, DO

Erica Melrose, DO, is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology. She received her medical degree from Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences. She completed her residency at Summa Health System – Akron City Hospital in Akron, Ohio.

Dr. Melrose is currently serving as medical director of the OB hospitalists at SSM Health DePaul Hospital and is the supervising physician at the OB Care Center at SSM Health St. Joseph Hospital - St. Charles. She provides evidence-based prenatal care at every stage of pregnancy and enjoys continuity of care as the delivering physician in her role as OB hospitalist. Dr. Melrose has special interests in mental health and addiction medicine in pregnancy.

The OB Care Center at SSM Health St. Joseph Hospital - St. Charles is a full-service prenatal care facility providing quality care and healing to moms-to-be that may be going through a stressful experience. The center accepts maternity patients at every stage of pregnancy.
