PHMC Health Center on Cedar

PHMC Health Center on Cedar is staffed by clinicians from Penn Medicine's Department of Family Medicine and Community Health. The Center provides community members with access to high-quality, integrated, patient-centered health care in collaboration with Penn Medicine.
The Center is a federally funded health care clinic treats patients of all ages - offering care from pediatrics to geriatrics. It provides primary and preventive care, behavioral health services, prenatal and postnatal care, substance use disorder treatment, chronic disease management and social services assistance. It offers walk-in, in-person and telehealth appointments. The Center accepts most insurance plans and offers a sliding fee scale, with all patients treated regardless of their ability to pay.
