Tracy M. Roberts, NP

Tracy is originally from Twin Bridges, Montana. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Nursing, followed by her MSNl degree from Walden University in Minneapolis, Minnesota. After completing her education, Tracy worked in family practice in Three Forks at a rural health clinic.  She enjoys taking care of patients across all ages in their time of need. She is passionate about holistic care and acute care needs.“As a Family Nurse Practitioner, I believe in a holistic approach to care that is rooted in evidence-based practice. By listening, evaluating, formulating, educating and collaborating one can provide the type of care for best patient outcomes that take into consideration a patient for where they are at and whom they are as individuals to improve health, well-being, with the incorporation of best practices.”When she is not at work, Tracy enjoys golfing, horseback riding, adventures with her kids, and any outdoor adventure that includes her family human and furry.
