This is a great dentist office for you and your family. I haven't really had a bad experience. I did have an issue with the way my statement looked, and needed some assistance with it. I don't know her full name, but her first name is Avery, she works at the front desk sometimes. She was patient with me, and helped me take care of the issue I was having. I was very appreciative of her patience and professionalism. I feel this is a great dentist office and would recommend it to others
