Phillip Nam Nguyen, MD

I chose to become a pediatrician because the foundation to a healthy lifestyle begins as a child, and I wanted to be a part of making that foundation as strong as possible. Taking care of children is truly a collaboration between all involved. While I may be the expert in textbook medicine, I can never know any one child better than a parent can. I hope to bring together our approaches to care and keep a child growing as healthy as possible into adulthood. I believe in high-quality and compassionate care and having my patients be fully informed. My areas of clinical interest include newborn care and obesity. Outside of work, I enjoy playing tennis, cooking, hiking, and spending time with my wife and sheepadoodle Winston.
