Life is a gift from God. What you do with that life is your gift to God. This was advice given to me as a child that I use as inspiration in my daily life. I specialize in family medicine and enjoy caring for patients of all ages. I have particular interest in preventive care, womens health, fitness and nutrition, partnering with patients in chronic disease management, and pediatric and adolescent medicine. When I am not practicing medicine, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, traveling, cooking, reading motivational books, and being involved in school and sports with my two boys.
