The human body is an amazing thing, and I have always been fascinated by how the various systems work together to keep us going each day. Pregnancy and childbirth in particular are amazing miracles we get to witness every day. I believe that it is critical to learn what motivates people and personalize their care around that. Everyones source of motivation is different, and if you learn what is important to that person, you are more likely to help them be successful with any change. Womens health is my passion because all too often, women will put their needs behind the needs of others. I want to help women be in the best health they possibly can and teach them how to care for their bodies. Outside of work, I enjoy taking care of my saltwater reef aquariums, spending time with my husband and children, cooking, and baking.
