Huy Phan, MD

Huy Phan, MD, is board certified in family medicine. Dr. Phan earned his medical degree from the Chicago Medical School. He completed an internship and residency at Kaiser Permanente Fontana Medical Center in Southern California. Patients say that Dr. Phan is easy to talk to and seeks to provide the highest quality preventive medical care possible. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends as well as biking, playing volleyball, and basketball. In addition to English, Dr. Phan speaks basic Vietnamese and understands Spanish medical terms.
