Elizabeth Tong Liu, DO

Elizabeth Liu, DO, is a board-certified Family Medicine physician with a sub-specialty in Geriatric Medicine. Dr. Liu earned her medical degree from A.T. Still School of Osteopathic Medicine in Mesa, AZ. She then went on to complete her internship and residency in Family Medicine at Mercy Health Muskegon and her fellowship in Geriatric Medicine at the University of Missouri – Kansas City. Patients ages 18 and above can visit Dr. Liu for all primary care needs, including annual wellness exams, health screenings, geriatric assessments, Medicare exams and more. She also offers well-woman exams, polypharmacy evaluations, memory assessments, and minor procedures like abscess drainage, cryotherapy and skin biopsies. Dr. Liu helps patients manage chronic disease, including, but not limited to, diabetes, asthma, COPD, high blood pressure, heart disease, depression and anxiety. She is also available to treat acute illness such as cough, cold and flu symptoms, rashes, respiratory infections, minor injuries and much more. Dr. Liu’s patient care philosophy is centered on addressing every aspect of their personal wellness. She is especially passionate about helping older adults achieve their health goals and maintain their mobility and independence.
