Jamaine Rupert Thomas, PA

Jamaine Thomas, PA-C, is a certified Physician Assistant, specializing in Orthopedics & Sports Medicine. Jamaine completed his medical education at the University of Wisconsin Physician Assistant Program in Madison, WI. During his schooling, Jamaine developed an affinity for orthopedics during his clinical rotations. His passion for helping patients with musculoskeletal injuries and conditions stems from his own past experience as a patient. While he was being treated for a sports-related hip injury, he experienced a lack of respect and dignity in his treatment. This inspired Jamaine to become a caregiver himself and change the narrative for his future patients. Patients ages 13 and above can visit Jamaine for diagnoses and treatment of orthopedic conditions and sports-related injuries. He provides expert care for sprains, fractures, osteoarthritis, monitoring and care of wounds, and many other injuries and conditions. Jamaine also helps patients prepare for, and recover from, orthopedic surgery, providing pre-procedural exams and follow-up care. In addition to these services, Jamaine provides joint injections to treat trigger finger, trochanteric bursa, and pain in the shoulders, elbows, knees and ankles. “My approach to patient care is to make a difference in the life of each patient I encounter,” says Jamaine. “I have no favorites when it comes to patient care, as I treat all patients with dignity and respect.” Jamaine Thomas, PA-C, is a member of BJC Medical Group, a well-established, multi-specialty physician group.
