Welcome to Communication Across Barriers. We are a comprehensive speech therapy practice, specializing in communication disorders. Communication Across Barriers Speech Clinics, Inc. is locally owned and operated by Anna Krajcin, a Speech-Language Pathologist who has more than 20 years of experience providing pediatric speech and language therapy to children with a variety of disorders, specializing in autism, phonology, and behavior intervention. Communication Across Barriers is a merger of the three private practices: Unity Therapies in Antioch; Jewett and Associates in Concord and Brentwood; and Speech at Home in Contra Costa and Alameda Counties.
