Jody T. Jachna, MD

Specialty: Sports Medicine and Joint Replacement

Dr. Jachna is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon with sub-specialty training in sports medicine and joint replacement. He specializes in total hip and total knee replacement; arthroscopic treatment of the shoulder, hip, and knee; ACL reconstruction; and arthroscopic labral repair. Dr. Jachna’s background as a certified athletic trainer provides a unique perspective and holistic approach to operative and non-operative treatment for athletes of all ages.

Dr. Jachna received his medical degree from Northwestern University Medical School in Chicago, Illinois. He completed an internship and orthopedic surgery residency at the University of Kansas Medical Center in Kansas City, Kansas. Following residency, Dr. Jachna completed a fellowship in sports medicine from the Minneapolis Sports Medicine Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Dr. Jachna is a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons.

Dr. Jachna serves St. Charles County at SSM Health St. Joseph Hospital – St. Charles.
