For more than 30 years, we have been a member of the Christian Care Communities and Services family of faith-based, not-for-profit communities, currently serving the DFW area. The Fort Worth Campus has always been committed to providing a comfortable lifestyle and many health care services specifically designed for seniors, in a loving and compassionate environment, that encourage relationships, independence, and dignity through spiritual, physical, social, and recreational programs. We are located just minutes from downtown Fort Worth. The campus is nestled among 51 acres of rolling countryside, with a fully stocked lake. We offer Lakewood Village apartments for Retirement Living, Cummings Assisted Living, and Parks Memory Care Assisted Living. Outpatient Therapy, Home2Stay personal care services, and Hospice care are also available as part of our continuum of care.
