Sunflower Cottages

22 spacious, one and two bedroom apartments with square footage ranging from 790 up to 1260 sq feet. Most cottages feature a covered porch, private patios, and a kitchen pantry. Three floor plans to choose from: The Frio (790 sq ft), The Brazos (1050 sq ft), The Rio Grande (1260 sq ft). Residents also have Clubroom and Wellness Center access privileges.

Primrose Assisted Living

32 private one bedroom apartments with private bathrooms. Housekeeping, scheduled transportation, utilities and meals are included. Residents enjoy a full calendar of social, recreational, and spiritual activities planned by the Activity Director. We create a service plan for each resident which can include medication assistance, bathing, dressing, and more.

Bluebonnet Memory Care Assisted Living

34 studios with private bathrooms. Innovative programs and care for persons with Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias. Residents can enjoy a beautiful secure courtyard garden, innovative use of technology, sensory engaging activities and areas. Respite Room available for short stays.

Hospice Care

Christian Care Hospice- Services for end of life care. Our team consists of Physicians, Nurses, Home Health aides, Social Workers, Chaplains, volunteers, and therapists. We accept Medicare and Medicaid.
Home2Stay Personal Assistance Services

Home2Stay Personal Assistance Services may include bathing, dressing, linen change, laundry, meal preparation, grocery shopping, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and transportation.
