Mai T Hunt, MD

Mai Hunt, MD, is an internal medicine physician who practices on the campus of Missouri Baptist Medical Center. 'I enjoy treating the whole person,' Dr. Hunt says. 'I also value preventive care practices greatly and feel these need to be implemented as early as possible.' She provides comprehensive primary care services, including routine physicals as well as sick (acute) visits. She is experienced in the management of hypertension and hyperlipidemia, diabetes and pre-diabetes, respiratory conditions such as asthma and COPD, common gastrointestinal conditions, common skin disorders, weight management, and smoking cessation counseling. Dr. Hunt and her husband stay busy keeping up with their three children and two dogs. In her spare time, she enjoys movies, reading, music, traveling, and keeping physically active. Dr. Hunt's practice is part of BJC Medical Group, a well-established, multi-specialty physician group.
