Katherine Figura, FNP-C, is a certified family nurse practitioner and is passionate about increasing access to primary care. "After working for the past three years in urgent care, I have seen that there is a continued demand for continuity of care," Katherine says. "I am passionate about providing chronic care management in North County with a diverse, multi-generational population that includes women and children." As a nurse practitioner, Katherine will provide general primary care services to adults and children aged 18 months and older, including annual physical exams, school and sports physicals and acute care, such as treatment of cold and flu symptoms. She also helps her patients manage a variety of conditions including, but not limited to, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and diabetes. Katherine's practice is part of BJC Medical Group of Missouri, a well-established, multi-specialty physician group.
