Mark C Howard, MD

Mark Howard, MD, is a board certified primary care specialist who has more than 18 years of experience caring for patients. “Getting to know my patients personally is the most rewarding aspect of being a physician,” Dr. Howard says. “My goal is to provide individualized care to meet the special needs of the patients who I am entrusted to care for.” As a primary care physician, Dr. Howard sees patients 18 years and older and focuses on preventative care for his patients. His special interests include sports medicine, nutrition education including a familiarity with naturopathic medicine, care for aging adults, psychiatry and dermatology. Outside of his practice, Dr. Howard and his wife stay active by cycling and paying special attention to their nutrition. They have two Australian shepherds and are surrounded by their large, extended families here in St. Louis. Dr. Howard’s practice is part of BJC Medical Group, a well-established, multi-specialty physician group.
