"Ginny is a trained health care provider who is passionate about supporting her patients live their fullest lives, with a focus in reproductive education and support, and a keen interest in fertility and pregnancy. After working as a Physician Assistant in family medicine and prenatal care for several years in Seattle, she decided to pursue her passions further by becoming a birth doula. In this role Ginny does not provide clinical services, but her health care experience has intimately shaped her doula practice. She serves expectant parents by offering empowering, harmonious, and above all intentional doula care throughout their pregnancy and birthing journeys. Her birth doula style is as compassionate and accepting, as it is evidence-based and reliable. She believes in the power of ritual in transitions, and hopes to encourage and assist her birth clients connect deeply with themselves, their bodies, and their babies, as they walk through the incredible portal of birthing a new life into this world. She comes from a tight-knit Hispanic family and hopes to bring that sense of trusting, warm connection and nurturing to her clients - and enjoys providing services in her native Spanish language.
