RISE Behavioral Health Program at Providence Holy Family Hospital

The RISE Program is located at Providence Holy Family Hospital campus is an intensive outpatient day-treatment program for individuals with mental health disorders including depression, anxiety, and suicidality. It’s designed to help you to building skills to help you live and function well in the community and avoid being hospitalized or re-hospitalized for your mental health condition.

Mental health problems can make everyday life difficult. You may feel like you or your loved one needs a higher level of care and more support than a traditional outpatient mental health program can provide. RISE, which is an acronym for resources, insight, support and empowerment, offers a structured environment where you spend the day receiving that support and treatment and then return home at night. Our goal is to help you learn to better deal with your challenges and thrive.
