Chana Zablocki

Chana Zablocki, MD is a member of Summit Health's Family Medicine team. Dr. Zablocki cares for patients’ mental health, physical health, and sexual health using a holistic approach to medicine. She works with her patients to identify root causes of physical symptoms and then helps them heal their gut, balance their hormones, and boost their energy levels.

She earned her medical degree from Hadassah Medical School in Israel and completed her residency at the JFK Family Medicine Residency Program where she also earned a resident teacher award and chief resident award. Dr. Zablocki is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.
