Kriya Patel - CLOSED

Kriya Patel, MD is a member of Summit Health's Internal Medicine team. Dr. Patel treats patients for a variety of acute and chronic medical conditions and has special interest in preventative care. Additionally, she advocates for living a healthy lifestyle to prevent illnesses such as heart disease, diabetes, and hypertension.<br />

Dr. Patel chose a career in primary care to help people through some of their most vulnerable times and to create a lifelong bond that would benefit the overall well-being of others. Her collaborative approach allows patients to be fully involved in their care decisions, which improves treatment compliance. She says, “As a caregiver, my job is to provide patients with the tools and information they need to achieve better health and improve their lifestyle.”<br />

When not caring for patients, Dr. Patel enjoys spending time with her family; traveling, baking, and exercising.
