Evangeline Hance

Evangeline Hance, APN is a member of Summit Health's Geriatrics team. ​ Ms. Hance has an extensive nursing background and supports the care of geriatric patients through compassionate, quality care. “I feel most fulfilled when I see a patient recover from an illness,” says Ms. Hance.<br />

Ms. Hance has worked in various long-term care nursing facilities and has acute care experience in step down units, emergency room settings, and in post-anesthesia care units. She is board certified under American Association of Critical-Care Nurses as an Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNPC-AG), certified in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Basic Life Support (BLS). She is a member of ANA, NJSNA, and AACN.<br />

When she is not working, she enjoys attending Zumba classes, outlet shopping, spending time with family and watching her son's basketball and soccer games. She’s also a strong advocate for making time for exercise which she believes is the key to living a healthy life.
