Rachana Purohit

Rachana Purohit, DPM, FACFAS, specializes in a wide range of foot, and ankle conditions, trauma and sports related injuries, along with elective foot and ankle surgery.<br />

Dr. Purohit became interested in podiatry because it allows her to treat a wide range of conditions and diseases of the feet and ankles. A compassionate physician who respects patients’ needs, she understands the importance of considering the whole patient when treating minor or complicated health concerns. Because of her in-depth knowledge and commitment to improving patients’ quality of life, Dr. Purohit is adept at selecting treatment that considers patients’ activities and ensures they experience the best possible outcomes. She says, “I am dedicated to providing comprehensive care to each patient while tailoring treatment to meet his or her unique needs.”<br />

Dr. Purohit is a fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgery. She is a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association and the New Jersey Society of Podiatric Medicine.<br />

When she is not working with her patients, Dr. Purohit enjoys traveling, reading and spending time with family and friends.
